Time for another Colorado coupon matchup! We don’t have a cat, but we plan to bless a close friend (who gives us their newspaper coupons) with some free cat food. I stocked up a bit further on tea (THANKS NINA!!) and we also got a decent deal on some much needed head & shoulders shampoo.

Is the cat food on sale or just regular?I hope I can get some before people swipe the shelf empty.
The cat food is their trial size. They’ve had it for about a year. A year ago, the same $3 off coupon came out and I was able to stock up on cat food. Unfortunately, it’s easy to clear shelves with this product because the bags are smaller. (10 to 12 oz).
We encourage couponers not to “clear” a shelf.
You can find the IAMS trial size at most Targets, and if they don’t have them on the shelves, ask the manager when they plan on ordering more and ask for a “special” order for yourself of 5-6 bags (depending on how many coupons you have).
Hope this helps!
Each of these trial size bags also came with a $3 coupon inside. It’s like a perpetual cat food machine!
I think the $3 off coupon has a size limit though, so you can only use it on a bag that is 5.5lb or larger.
